The AWANE Dental Plans are designed to provide employees with maximum benefits, very little fine print and complete freedom to use any dentist. The Dental Plan is considered an employee reimbursement plan, whereby, all checks are paid directly to the employee, not the dentist. There are no claim forms to complete, an employee only need submit an itemized bill from a dentist. Checks for reimbursement are usually paid within a week.
