The AWANE Group Life Insurance program is underwritten by Anthem and is designed to protect surviving beneficiaries against the financial consequences that could result from the loss of the family provider. Companies can select from one of the two Life Insurance schedules as listed below:

AWANE Schedule of Life Benefits

OPTION 1

Officers, Active Proprietors, Partners, General Managers, Sales Manager of Multiple Stores	$50,000
Managers	$30,000
Department Heads, Supervisors, Salespeople	$20,000
All other employees	$10,000

 

OPTION 2

Classification	Payout
Officers, Active Proprietors, Partners, General Managers, Sales Manager of Multiple Stores	$50,000
All other employees	$10,000
